Rachael has over 30 years experience across Vocational Education and Training and Higher Education, she has extensive knowledge and experience of educational leadership and operations management.

With a hands-on approach to leadership, she bring a unique blend of administrative acumen, pedagogical expertise, and a passion for cultivating enriching educational experiences that result in positive student outcomes. Her extensive knowledge and operational expertise in educational leadership have positioned her as a dynamic force in shaping and maintaining academic excellence.

She is a dedicated professional who values the relationships she has with the people that she works with. Student graduation events are a highlight of the academic year for Rachael. She is proud to be part of the celebration of achievements with the graduands their family, friends and lecturers.

With a background in Creative Arts Rachael continues to engage with artmaking, where her work is primarily print based and draws on inspiration from the landscape to explore issues related to conservation. Environmental preservation, respect and appreciation feature strongly in both her artwork and her life.
