St Georges Training Restaurant is your local choice serving up old-world classics to innovative gastronomy with an affordable menu changing seasonally to ensure the freshest produce.
In addition to the regular a la carte services, the restaurant hosts several special events throughout the year including our ever-popular high teas, our famed Masterchef dinners, and the fun-filled Cocktail evening.

Our fully licensed restaurant boasts a wide collection of beers, spirits, and wines. Every service features a specialty mocktail and cocktail created by the students.

Featuring Dario Agostino.
This five-course dinner featured the talent, expertise and craft of Dario Agostino; past student of Melbourne Polytechnic and owner/operator of Mamma’s Boy Trattoria in Brunswick. Mamma’s Boy Trattoria has been offering delicious and authentic home style Italian cooking within a cosy dining atmosphere since 2018. This masterclass in Abbruzzese cuisine was accompanied with wine, carefully selected to be paired with each course.
