VTAC Offers

Information for applicants who have received a VTAC offer to pursue their studies at Melbourne Polytechnic.

Your official offer from VTAC will contain:

  • a phone number to ring if you have any questions regarding this offer
  • link to our website for specific information regarding enrolling, fees, payment plans, VET Student Loans and/or HECS/FEE HELP

You will also receive instructions from Melbourne Polytechnic regarding the enrolment process. Please read this document carefully and ensure that you attend the enrolment session indicated for your course. Also check the instructions for any additional requirements that may have to be completed before the scheduled enrolment session.

VTAC Course deferment

Applicants who have received an offer through the VTAC offer system and wish to defer their enrolment must complete an VTAC Course Enrolment Deferral Form.

The deferment can only be for the course in which an offer was made, and for a maximum of one year. The completed form must be submitted to Melbourne Polytechnic's VTAC Liaison officer by the last business day of February in the academic year for which the offer is made.
